Design Support and Rapid Prototyping
Harnessing sophisticated technology and an experienced vision, our team accelerates the journey from idea to output. We specialize in working with companies to accelerate design through electromechanical design support, 3D printing (ABS, polycarbonate, PC-ABS blend, and many other materials), and CNC machining and assembly of prototype parts. Turner MedTech can also support Verification and Validation testing to take product commercialization further, faster.

From concept spec to jig and fixture design, crafting comprehensive work instructions, and robust market-ready solutions are at the forefront of our program. Through close interactions with design teams, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are implemented to reduce development time and product cost.
